It is used for Terminal ballistics on rifle rounds. .223 and 5.56 rounds work great because the 20% gel is denser to help slow the projectiles much sooner. This Block meets NATO standards for 20% ballistics Gelatin. Our ultra-Clear Organic Ballistic gel is more sustainable to heat, and weather conditions as well. Long-range Block is great if you are terminal ballistics testing and want more then 16 or 18".
