Shipping Tiers Explained
Standard Ground — Items Under 80 lbs
- Carrier: UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
- Lead Time: 1–2 weeks from order confirmation
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination ZIP
- Bulk Note: Orders of 5+ ground items may qualify for LTL freight
LTL Freight — 80 lbs+ or Bulk Orders
- Carriers: FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, R+L Carriers
- Lead Time: 2–3 weeks (production + transit)
- Freight Class: Typically 50–70 depending on product density
- Palletized: All freight items palletized and stretch-wrapped
Full Truckload (FTL) — Large Bulk
- Available for orders of 10+ full-body dummies or pallet-quantity blocks
- Typically 20–30% lower per-unit shipping cost vs. LTL
- Direct truck-to-facility delivery
Delivery Types

If you don't have a loading dock or forklift, you must select liftgate delivery. Failure to have proper equipment may result in re-delivery fees charged by the carrier.

Why doesn't checkout show freight costs for heavy items?
Freight rates depend on your delivery address, type, and live carrier rates — not calculable in real-time. Contact us with your ZIP and order list for a freight estimate within 1 business day.
Do you offer Freight-on-Board (FOB) terms?
Yes. Orders default to FOB Origin. FOB Destination can be arranged for qualifying orders.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect all freight deliveries before signing the bill of lading. Contact us within 48 hours — we'll file the freight claim and arrange replacement.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Will-call pickup is available at our Woodstock, GA facility.
Do you offer Net 30 / Net 60 terms?
Net 30 terms are available for qualifying businesses with approved credit.
