RETURNS POLICY

All Sales Are Final. All of our items are custom made when you order them and most cannot b restocked. That being said once they are ordered we cannot offer a refund. Plese know we get all of our items shipped as quick as possible our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a return, you can contact us at Amy@ballisticdummylab.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any damage questions at Amy@ballisticdummylab.com.

EXCHANGES

Once the item has shipped we cannot do changes on the order. If you catch us before it is manufactured we will be happy to help you out.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the damaged item was approved or not. If approved, we will ship out your replacement item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders: Due to various Customs policies, we cannot guarantee delivery for any orders outside of the US. We may not be able to refund or reship your order, should it not arrive. Please note that additional duties and Customs fees may be due upon delivery of your order. Please check your country's laws to ensure that you can import this product.
